We would love for you to enjoy your purchase. However, if you’re not satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns

To be eligible for a return & refund, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original condition, with all tags attached.

To initiate a return & refund, please email admin@glamourgrey.lk within 14 days of receiving your item.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Please note that items showing signs of wear, damage, washing, or alteration will not be accepted.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 2-7 business days.

Exchanges

If you require a different size or colour, please return the item and place a new order.
